This difficulty is eliminated by the "30-Day Product Evaluation Period." We give you 30 days from the date of purchase to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If the product you ordered from MaxShoppers.com doesn't totally meet your expectation, then just notify customerservice@maxshoppers.com and we will completely refund you the price of the product* including tax (not including shipping charges) after we have received the product.
Returned products will not be accepted if they have been used and/or not in the condition they were in at the time of purchase.
Return Process
1) Send an email to customerservice@maxshoppers.com with the order number in the subject line and the reason for returning the product in the message. (email must be sent within 30 days from the date of purchase)
2) Ship the product with all the original packaging, tags & labels to:
